• Foreigners may obtain an entry visa at border-entry points for a 90-day period,
allowing multiple entries within the validity period, with a stay not exceeding 48
hours each time.
• Visa holders must be residents of neighboring border countries, and employment is
strictly prohibited.
7. Visit Visa Duration and Validity:
• Visit visas allow holders to enter the UAE for a period determined by the issuing
entity, with a maximum stay of 180 days.
• The visas are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
8. Humanitarian Cases:
• The resolution addresses residency permits for expats from countries affected by
disasters, wars, or unrest, outlining specific conditions for issuance, including
